Grand Design Owners Missouri Rally

WELCOME TO YOUR 2025 MISSOURI RALLY!

We are so excited to have everyone join us this year!!!

✨ Tickets will be $125.00 this year and will include swag, any meals offered and all games and activities!

✨ You will have a site if you have a ticket. Please wait until the campground contacts you to reserve your site. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE CAMPGROUND AHEAD OF TIME.

🔆All sites are FHU 30/50 amp, water & sewer. If you are in need of a cabin, there are limited cabins left but there are some awesome covered wagons as well. There are also tent sites so please make sure you let the campground know what exactly you will be needing.

👩‍🦰👩‍🦱👶🦸‍♀️🏃‍♀️ KIDS OR EXTRA GUESTS: there are separate tickets for those with more than 2 children under 12 as well as if anyone is bringing guests who will be staying with them or in cabins or covered wagons.

** Kids 12-17 $25.00 (includes meals, seminars, games, no swag)

** Additional guests or kids 18 and older $35.00 (includes meals, seminars, games, no swag)

*** If you have guests or children show up and they do not have the proper ID on they will not be able to participate in the meals, seminars or auctions.

** IF YOU DO NOT HAVE KIDS OR GUESTS, PLEASE JUST PUT N/A OR NONE IN THE QUESTION ANSWER AREA. Thank you!

✨ CANCELLATION POLICY: you will contact the wagonmaster directly to receive your ticketbud refund, however DO NOT cancel your campground site as we will use it to give to someone on the wait list.

**** If you cancel and do not select the insured ticket option on ticketbud you will forfeit the ticketbud process fee.

**** There will be no refunds after SEP 1st as we will have to have all food orders finalized 30 days out. Yes, we understand with unforseen medical issues or family emergency and we can work with you on case by case basis!

BUT ... DO NOT cancel with campground, just let us know and we will take care of that!

Remember, if you do cancel for ANY reason, the ticketbud fees are not refundable! So please make sure that you are all in when purchasing and if not select the insurance option with Ticketbud. Again we know things come up and will work with you as best we can!

🛺GOLF CARTS: these will be available for rent . They are on first come first served when you check into the campground. Campground does not take payment ahead of time. There are plenty to rent and we'll also have a GUBER crew that will be cruising the areas to give rides to those in need. Carts are first come first served when you arrive and you cannot pay for them ahead of time.

🎆 We have 3 charities this year: MISSOURI VETERAN'S HOME, IRONDOG K9 INTERNATIONAL and of course the ELKS "CHRISTMAS FOR KIDS", helping those children that have needs during holidays. We will have much merchandise on hand for sale to help out these charities throughout the rally.

We will ask for food donations again for the local Elks kids backpacks. They feed over 300 kids each week!

We will ask for donations of gift baskets and auction items you might want to bring to help support our charities, more info will go out later on those. Our auction team is already on it with awesome ideas that will be coming out throughout the months leading up to event

💥 Tastings & Treats Night will be a fun night of tables in the pavilion filled with your favorite cocktails, mocktails, tasty treats! You can reserve a table (at no cost) and set up to serve your "tastings and/or treats" through the night. We'll have music going and fire pit outside for those that want to just relax!

👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩👨‍👨‍👦👩‍👩‍👧 Saturday night will be the live auction / fundraiser for Elks "Christmas for Kids" and Irondog K9 International. Awesome Charities!

✨Optimum RV is the local dealer: The particulars will go out once they have solidified plans but they will also be supporting with bringing new rigs for you to tour, local techs from their shop as well as parts, etc on hand you just might need!

🔆VENDORS! There will be many vendors on hand: MORryde, Kleen Tank, Purple Slice Cleaning Kits, MASA Travel Insurance Co, Wandering Bear RV (axle, brakes, suspension, bearings packed, etc.). The Mobile RV Tech will be there to sell Micro Air. products as well as Wash / Wax All. We will have our other vendors like The Sign Shoppe who can do vinyl lettering and installation for your rigs, we have a woodworker and we will have new flag & flag pole vendor (who we purchased our flag from)!

*** We will have some full timers who many of you might be following along with on their travels. They will be holding some pavilion chats throughout the rally to share their tips & tricks, apps and travel info as well as some inside designing in their rigs.

*** There will also be some food, and other surprises as well and will update as we get spots filled up. So yes, there will be things for everyone! They will all be centrally located next to pavilion so it will be easy to spend time (and money LOL) in vendor alley! 😏👍

💥T-shirt sales - St Andrews, who does all the custom wear for Grand Design, will be making our shirts again this year. We will work with them on the design, then a link will go out to everyone so you can get your order in! You will be able to pick them up at registration.

🎆🪕🎵💥 Music & Fire Pit time is a must each night! Again, getting back to why we love to get on the road, away from the hustle and bustle and we'll be just starting the cooler fall nights! We will also have bingo, corn hole tournament as well as some more fun things TBD!

💟Don and I, along with our wonderful team of volunteers, cannot wait to meet everyone and looking forward to a wonderful time with friends! 💓
